Chemical/Fertilizer Mix Plant Operator
About The Position
AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to efficiently and accurately operate the mixing, storage, and maintenance of the chemical and fertilizer building. This role involves receiving in-house paid CDL and equipment training, working both independently and as part of a team, and assisting with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. Work assignments will vary throughout the week and the season. Requirements
- Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills.
- Some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance.
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Operate the mixing, storage, and maintenance of the chemical and fertilizer building.
- Assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations.
- Work independently and with a team.
