About The Position

Under direct supervision, creates chemical formulations, processes, and equipment for chemical process facilities, water treatment plants, hazardous waste treatment and related industrial applications of basic complexity to meet client project requirements. Reviews draft designs for compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Performs site reviews and studies, hydraulic calculations, process flow diagrams, heat and material balances, P&IDs, PSV sizing, equipment and vessel specification/selection and process modeling as needed, to ensure designs are aligned with location specifications. Updates design requirements as necessary. Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
• 0 years of experience.
• Basic Knowledge of computer assisted design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices.
• Basic Knowledge of engineer principles of design.
• Knowledge of Microsoft business software (excel, word, etc.).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
