About The Position

We offer the full suite of maintenance and turnaround services including hydro blasting, hydro cutting, hydro excavation, chemical cleaning, PEPTM polymer extraction service, vacuum services, tank cleaning, degassing/vapor control, FCC catalyst handling and transportation, and specialty turnaround services. The Chemical Cleaning Technician will perform a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of whole body for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials, emergency response, and handling chemicals.

Requirements

• Must be capable of passing a hair follicle and urine drug screen. (Including randoms)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to travel for extended periods of time
• Valid driver’s license or identification card
• Respond to emergency calls 24 hours, 7 days a week if called upon.

Nice To Haves

• General labor experience is a plus.
• Experience in chemical cleaning chemistry is a plus
• CDL is a plus (Class A preferred)

Responsibilities

• Operate and set-up all necessary cleaning equipment such as low-pressure, high-volume pumps and circulators in accordance with operational, training, guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including but not limited to personal protective gear.
• Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and heaving industrial settings.
• Install, fit, repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all other external and internal equipment.
• Assist in the inspection of equipment, hoses, connections, chemical circulators, and general work area prior to starting any job. Informs supervisor of deficiencies, which may cause accidents, injuries, or lost.
