This is an opportunity to relocate to the Low Country with incentives and covered relocation. This role is for a Chef in a 100% scratch kitchen, offering a total compensation to the mid $80's. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing all dining room and kitchen systems and operations, demonstrating the ability to run effective shifts in all aspects of the restaurant. This includes providing direction, coaching, training, and development for assistant managers and all team members, ensuring consistent execution of systems, standards, and cost controls. The Chef will also communicate effectively with guests, team members, management, vendors, and oversee BOH schedules, inventory, and budgets. They will also be involved in interviewing and hiring to maintain staffing levels and ensure all food and service standards are met for an exceptional guest experience.
