About The Position
You will be in charge of cooking delicious meals under high pressure at a popular vacation resort. You need a "can-do" attitude as you will be working in the most busy season of the year.. The resort has a Brasserie (opening hours vary from day to day). In the evening there is á la carte in the restaurant on weekdays. In the high season there's a big buffet. Therefore, you're guaranteed a job where every day is different. Your main responsibilty besides cooking food is to create a really high level of service for the guests to enjoy - you will do this in collaboration with your superior and your team.
Requirements
- You speak English fluently (at least B2). Danish will be considered a plus.
- ½ to 1 year experience in a related role (no formal education needed).
- Ability to cook from recipies and make pizza, burger, salads etc.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you can handle moments with high volumes of orders.
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
