You will be in charge of cooking delicious meals under high pressure at a popular vacation resort. You need a "can-do" attitude as you will be working in the most busy season of the year.. The resort has a Brasserie (opening hours vary from day to day). In the evening there is á la carte in the restaurant on weekdays. In the high season there's a big buffet. Therefore, you're guaranteed a job where every day is different. Your main responsibilty besides cooking food is to create a really high level of service for the guests to enjoy - you will do this in collaboration with your superior and your team.
