We are hiring immediately for full time CHEF positions. This role directs, coordinates, and evaluates assigned kitchen, food production, and food-service associates. The Chef supervises, coordinates, and participates in the activities of cooks and other associates engaged in preparing, cooking, and serving food, ensuring all food handling, sanitation, and customer service standards are met. The position also involves efficiently preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes, tracking food use and waste, receiving and inspecting product, and maintaining sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils. The Chef may also help select and develop recipes and menus.
