About The Position
Legacy Retirement of Mesa is seeking a full-time Day Sous Chef to create delicious, well-balanced meals for our senior living residents. If you're passionate about cooking and want to make a difference through your culinary talents, we'd love to have you on our team! Requirements
- A genuine heart for serving seniors
- Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred (but we'll train the right person!)
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility and dependability
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals according to standardized recipes and menus
- Coordinate meal prep and serving times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
- Follow all food safety and infection control guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team and Director to deliver an exceptional dining experience
