About The Position

Legacy Retirement of Mesa is seeking a full-time Day Sous Chef to create delicious, well-balanced meals for our senior living residents. If you're passionate about cooking and want to make a difference through your culinary talents, we'd love to have you on our team! Requirements

  • A genuine heart for serving seniors
  • Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred (but we'll train the right person!)
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility and dependability

Responsibilities

  • Prepare meals according to standardized recipes and menus
  • Coordinate meal prep and serving times
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
  • Follow all food safety and infection control guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team and Director to deliver an exceptional dining experience
