Requirements

At least five years of experience in food service, kitchen leadership, or a related field.
Genuine passion for creating great food and serving others.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience managing kitchen operations, purchasing, inventory, and food safety practices.
Dependable, adaptable, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Value relationship-building and work well with guests, employees, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily dining operations and ensure a high-quality experience for guests and staff.
Menu planning, food preparation, purchasing and ordering supplies, and inventory management.
Maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
Ensuring meals are prepared safely, served efficiently, and consistently meet high standards for quality and presentation.
Monitoring food costs.
Maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements.
Supporting part-time staff as needed.
Continually seek opportunities to enhance the overall dining experience through collaboration and guest feedback.
