About The Position
The Chef Tournant is responsible for supervising and guiding all bake shop employees and assisting in the completion of all orders. The Chef Tournant is accountable for the entire shop in the Executive Chef's and Chef De Cuisine absence. Planet Hollywood encompasses more than 100,000 square-feet of gaming, several lounges, various restaurants including Gordon Ramsay BurGR.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in a bake shop environment
- Ability to assist in order completion
- Ability to assume responsibility for the entire shop in the absence of the Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine
