As a Chef Relief, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating assigned kitchen, food production, and food-service associates. This role involves overseeing all aspects of food production and services, including menu planning, staffing, scheduling, and client/customer relationship building. You will be accountable for daily operations such as preparation, cooking, presentation, and administration of feeding students and staff, as well as managing food, labor, and overhead costs. The position also includes responsibility for occasional catering events and performing administrative duties like completing purchase summaries, scheduling associates, inventory control, and conducting daily production meetings.
