Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager to support culinary operations at Pembrook Hill School Dining. This role requires strong culinary expertise, operational excellence, and a commitment to Sodexo's values of service, quality, and innovation. Requirements

Strong culinary and kitchen management skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience with large-scale food production and catering operations.
Experience in contract food service or hospitality environments.
Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Minimum Management Experience - 1 year

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, coach, and develop culinary staff.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented work environment.
Ensure food is prepared and presented according to established recipes, standards, and customer expectations.
Ensure proper food storage, handling, and inventory management practices.
Monitor food and labor costs while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
