Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Chef Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day food service operations at the Donald Gordon Hotel and Conference Centre. This role includes planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating all aspects of the operation, while providing strong leadership and guidance to a team of food service associates.
