About The Position

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager responsible for the success of both the culinary and food service operation. The role involves full culinary management of the food service operation, including inventory, ordering, and receiving. The Chef Manager will develop menus, manage costs and purchasing, and focus on sourcing and using local food products. A passion for sustainability is expected.

Requirements

Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or a restaurant setting, with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
Working knowledge of HACCP.
Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
Experience with exposition cooking.
A passion for sustainability.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience.
ServSafe certification.
