The Chef II is responsible for assisting the Chef and other cooks with daily menu preparation. This role requires maintaining a safety culture, operating kitchen equipment safely, proper food storage according to HACCP and FIFO guidelines, preparing meals according to the menu plan and production quotas, serving guests, and providing excellent customer service. The position also involves attending safety meetings and participating in emergency response procedures.
