Requirements

• Keen eye for detail
• Passion for food
• Do not shy away from industrial equipment, manual work, or being on your feet for an entire shift.
• Pride in culinary talent, organizational skills and fast pace
• Completed or working to complete your red seal certification.
• Looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays works for your personal life.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Sous Chef’s and assigning, coordinating and supervising the set-up and food production areas within the kitchen to maximize productivity and ensure food quality, set-up and service are in accordance with the standardized recipes and procedures.
• Ensuring the cleanliness, sanitization and safety in the kitchen and work areas.
