About The Position

ArcelorMittal Mines et Infrastructure Canada is seeking a Project Services Manager. Reporting to the Director, Project Office, the Manager ensures executive oversight and independent assurance of the strategic and maintenance investment portfolio. They guarantee project excellence, regulatory compliance, and the achievement of operational and expansion objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • More than 10 years of experience in project management or control.
  • Experience in the mining industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Primavera, Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and apply governance frameworks aligned with ArcelorMittal and SOX standards.
  • Ensure compliance and reporting for government funding.
  • Lead project health reviews and recommend actions.
  • Lead the Project Controls Center of Excellence.
  • Define standards, methodologies, and tools (AACE, PMI, P6, SAP, Power BI).
  • Conduct audits, performance analyses, and health assessments.
  • Drive continuous improvement of practices.
  • Advise senior management on capital efficiency and risks.
  • Manage interfaces with finance, audit, and procurement.
  • Contribute to ArcelorMittal group standards.
