Requirements

  • A dedicated culinary professional with proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
  • A passion for excellence, creativity, and a commitment to maintaining Marriott’s high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing high-quality meals and assisting in all kitchen activities.
  • Organizing prep work, supervising line set-up, and coordinating service flow.
  • Training and mentoring kitchen staff, promoting teamwork, and supporting their growth.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards that exceed local health regulations.
  • Managing inventory, reporting equipment issues, and ensuring the proper handling of assets.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as Banquets, Sales, and Guest Services, to deliver memorable guest experiences.
