Requirements

3 years of culinary experience; Red Seal is an asset.
Knowledge of food & beverage industry best practices.
Humble with a willingness to l earn.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think fast and react quicky with a calm mind.
Multi-tasking proficiency and an effortless ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

Master new skills based on your own ambitions; we provide support for your personal and professional growth.
Ensure consistency in food preparation for a la carte and event menus.
Enhance the menu offerings through creative menu development.
Oversee your food preparation station.
Prepare delectable dishes alongside the team.
Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in planning and directing food preparation.
Uphold the highest standards of food safety.
Collaborate with other departments to create an unforgettable Guest experience.
Use your voice; we embrace new ideas.
