Maxime’s is a private member’s club by entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City. We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our world-class culinary brigade. With four distinct restaurants, this is an opportunity to work at the very highest level of cuisine. Current opportunities at our French - Mediterranean restaurant and our Lounge and Bar that serves American cuisine. You’ll be working as part of an established culinary team delivering exceptional experiences daily. Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in fine dining, Michelin, or luxury hospitality
Strong culinary techniques with a passion for quality and precision
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
A positive, professional attitude and a true team player mentality
