About The Position
This is a travel position requiring 100% out-of-state travel. As part of the Travel Task Force, you will work in 8-week rotations. The company covers travel expenses and provides two meals per day. The pay is $20.00 per hour plus overtime.
Requirements
- Ability to Travel and Live in Employee Housing
- Experience on Grill, Fryer and Food Prep
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Help with catering events and special functions as needed
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment
- Setting up, stocking, and breaking down of assigned stations
- Use knowledge of common allergies & dietary restrictions to ensure food safety for guests when noted on tickets
- Avoid food waste by observing food storage time and temperature standards
- Complete assigned daily/ weekly / monthly cleaning tasks
- Execute safe knife handling skills and safe use of all kitchen equipment
