About The Position

Winningham Court, the flagship of Bishop Gadsden's celebrated culinary program in senior living, is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead its nationally recognized fine dining kitchen. This role offers a unique opportunity for a culinary professional to apply their full talent and creativity in a supportive environment, without sacrificing work-life balance. The position involves menu development, food cost management, culinary team leadership, and direct engagement with residents. The kitchen operates as a true scratch kitchen with in-house butchery, providing a world-class environment with a supportive budget.

Requirements

  • Culinary Degree strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years as a Chef and/or in a Kitchen Management role in a fine dining operation.
  • Ability and experience using computer software related to the culinary industry.
  • Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of position and duties.
  • Must be able to speak clearly and listen effectively to employees, dining room staff, and residents.
