About The Position

The role of the Chef de Cuisine is to coordinate the work of cooks and all other kitchen employees to economically and efficiently stay within budget labor costs. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant kitchen, encompassing operational duties and financial responsibilities, providing leadership and management of kitchen staff, and growing and developing the product and profitability of food items. Harwood Hospitality features a World of Culinary Experiences with a current collection of concepts in the 19-city-block Harwood District: Happiest Hour, Harwood Arms, Tequila Social, Poco Fiasco, Magnolias’ Le Pont, Marie Gabrielle Restaurant and Gardens, Mercat Bistro, Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar, and Te Deseo, at Harwood and adding another amazing new concept to the group, a prime steakhouse!

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in an Executive Chef / Chef de Cuisine role
  • Fine Dining background
  • Experience in menu creation
  • Fine Dining cuisine background

Nice To Haves

  • High Volume and Fast Paced experiential style dining
  • Experience with high quality butcher cuts
