Arlo is searching for a Chef de Cuisine—a culinary leader with talent, discipline, creativity, and just the right amount of obsession. Requirements

  • Proven culinary leadership experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or similar role
  • A serious passion for food, technique, and hospitality
  • Strong leadership presence—calm under pressure, sharp in execution, respected by the team
  • Experience in elevated, high-volume, chef-driven restaurant environments
  • Deep understanding of kitchen financials, labor management, and cost controls
  • Creativity balanced with discipline
  • A palate for excellence and an eye for detail
  • Someone who wants to chase recognition—not for ego, but because standards matter

  • Understand what makes a restaurant Bib Gourmand-worthy: approachability, consistency, and exceptional quality
