Requirements

• 2+ years of experience installing and servicing commercial door systems
• Strong mechanical skills (you can troubleshoot and figure things out)
• Confidence using tools, power equipment, and diagnostic tools
• Solid understanding of safety practices and job site expectations
• A team-first attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
• Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• You’ll be out on-site, leading installs and making sure every job is done right.
• Install and service: Overhead doors, Rolling steel & high-speed doors, Dock equipment (truck restraints, shelters, seals)
• Safely remove and replace existing equipment
• Test all installations to ensure everything is fully functional
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Manage your tools and equipment—keeping everything in top shape
• Maintain a clean and professional service vehicle
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
