Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Valid Food Services Sanitation Certificate or ability to obtain one shortly after joining our team
• Expertise in various cooking techniques
• Solid understanding of food control and handling processes
• Adaptability, creativity, and attention to detail
• Restaurant Experience required
• Experience in prep, sous, line, menu planning, desserts

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our residents and guests.
• Ensure that high-quality dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
• Design healthful and beautifully presented menus, collaborating with the Manager of Dining Services for approval.
• Operate with the ambience and standards of a hotel or private club, allowing you to showcase your skills in an inviting and elegant setting.
