As the Chef & B, you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead and support the F&B team, manage budgets, streamline processes, and uphold brand standards. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the department. Key Responsibilities You will be the driving force behind our hotel's dining services, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. Your daily tasks will include managing food and beverage staff, coordinating daily operations, and overseeing budgets and inventory. You will report to the General Manager. A career as a food and beverage operations manager can lead to opportunities in various management roles within the hospitality industry, such as director of food and beverage, general manager, or even a corporate-level position. Prepare, cook, and present all breakfast menu items according to brand and property standards Set up, stock, and maintain breakfast stations and buffet areas Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with health and sanitation guidelines Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, prep areas, and storage spaces Assist with inventory, receiving, and proper food storage Communicate effectively with F&B leadership and team members Provide friendly, attentive service to guests as needed Follow all safety, sanitation, and brand standards consistently
