About The Position
Arkview Recovery Center is a inpatient substance use treatment center providing a supportive and structured environment for recovery. The Chef Assistant helps prepare and serve healthy meals for clients and staff while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or food service experience
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a treatment setting
Nice To Haves
- ServSafe or similar certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal prep, cooking, and serving
- Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Receive and stock deliveries, rotate inventory
- Support dietary needs and special requests
