Cheese Environmental Sanitation
About The Position
This position is responsible for all assigned tasks related to cleaning and maintaining supplies. The role involves emptying, cleaning, and sanitizing all drains and footbaths within the cheese and cheese packaging departments. Additionally, the position is responsible for maintaining hallway windows and doors, refilling paper towel dispensers, and hand wash and hand sanitize stations within the two departments as needed. The role also includes washing down and rinsing the tile hallways within the departments daily, maintaining stock in the supply cage and reordering as needed, and performing Master Sanitation duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical/analytical abilities and understanding of the cheese making equipment
Responsibilities
- Empty, clean & sanitize all drains & footbaths within the cheese & cheese packaging departments.
- Maintain hallway windows & doors.
- Refill all paper towel dispensers, hand wash and hand sanitize stations within the 2 departments, as needed.
- Wash down & rinse the tile hallways within the departments daily.
- Maintain stock in the supply cage & reorder as needed.
- Perform Master Sanitation duties as assigned.
