About The Position
This is a supplemental position for a Head Cheerleading Coach at Plantation High School. The role involves coaching cheerleading and imparting knowledge of the sport to participants. The position is temporary and non-exempt.
Requirements
- Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of any General Education Development (GED) Testing Program.
- Must hold a valid Florida Educator Certificate (Florida State Statute mandate for high school coaches).
- Applicants without a valid Florida Educator Certificate must obtain an Athletic Coaching Certificate from the Florida Department of Education.
- Knowledge of the sport and the ability to impart this knowledge.
