About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cheerleading After School Instructor to lead our K-5th grade program. This role involves teaching cheerleading skills and routines in an after-school setting. The instructor will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for young participants.

Requirements

• Experience in cheerleading (as a participant or instructor).
• Ability to work with children in grades K-5.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to lead a group of children effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in an after-school program setting.
• Knowledge of child development.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead cheerleading classes for students in grades K-5.
• Teach cheerleading skills, techniques, and routines.
• Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure student safety.
