About The Position

Dolphin Transportation Specialist, a member of the Hoffmann Family of Companies, is seeking experienced Professional Chauffeurs and CDL drivers for part-time and full-time shuttle service positions. We are looking for courteous, friendly team players with a strong work ethic and a passion for excellent customer service. Dolphin Transportation operates 24/7, 365 days a year, with varying hours that may include morning/afternoon or afternoon/evening shifts, and weekend work is expected. We are the preferred transportation company for luxury resorts, servicing colleges, universities, hotels, and cruise ports with a fleet of luxury sedans, SUVs, executive vans, mini, and motor coaches.

Requirements

Chauffeur experience: 3 years or more
Must obtain a DOT medical card
Clean driving record (no more than 3 points)
25 years of age or older
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and random drug and alcohol tests
Ability to adjust to work schedule and business needs
Ability to lift luggage
Adaptive and flexible with a positive attitude
Ability to interpret and follow maps / dispatch instructions
Fluent English

Responsibilities

Drive luxury vehicles (sedans, SUVs, executive vans, mini and motor coaches).
Provide shuttle services for clients, including resort guests, college students, and cruise passengers.
Load and unload luggage for passengers.
Interact with passengers, providing excellent customer service.
Interpret and follow maps and dispatch instructions.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Adhere to drug-free workplace policies, including passing pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests.
Adjust to work schedule and business needs, including weekend work.
