Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience and experience in the USA.
  • High school diploma (DES) or equivalent experience.
  • Frequent travel, including weekends (work schedule with frequent variations).
  • Must be authorized to travel to the United States and comply with US laws, including alcohol and drug testing.
  • Clean driving record (record must be easily accessible for presentation upon request).
  • Ability to handle and lift goods up to 50 lbs and possess mechanical knowledge.
  • Hold an EXPRES card to cross the US border.
  • Bilingual (English and French) required.
  • Knowledge of French and English (written and spoken) is required as job requirements involve daily interactions with clients who do not speak French.

Responsibilities

  • Perform long-distance transport of gas derivatives (hydrogen) in Canada and the United States as part of a team.
  • Responsible for safely delivering hydrogen to customer sites.
  • Maintain vehicle according to company vehicle policy, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, HAZMAT checks, adhere to safety requirements, comply with company speed policy, wear safety equipment, and report accident risks to the supervisor.
  • Complete delivery reports, customer delivery logs, customer equipment reports, and maintain the driver's logbook.
