Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM; strong written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM or live chat software.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional workspace.
- Windows PC or Mac, wired internet, USB headset, and webcam.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and process orders.
- Manage 3–5 concurrent chat sessions while maintaining quality.
- Document interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Stay informed about company products and services.
