About The Position

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry to project completion. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service, contact centre, or chat support role.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Excellent typing speed and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Demonstrable ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, customer-orientated approach.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM platforms, and standard office applications.
  • Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a private, quiet workspace is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via our live chat platform.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our range of landscaping services, pricing, and availability.
  • Assist clients with scheduling consultations, service appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to billing, scheduling, or service feedback.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with our landscape design and operations teams to coordinate services and ensure client needs are met.
  • Proactively gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and support processes.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer care.
