About The Position
As a Chat Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service through our chat platform. You will assist with customer onboarding, address inquiries, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all clients.
Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using chat support software and tools.
