The Charter Service Representative (CSR) role is designed to reduce the workload of the flight crew by managing non-flying related issues. CSRs are responsible for communicating with clients and Headquarters to ensure the safe and efficient execution of trip details. A key focus of the CSR is safety and security, working in conjunction with private screeners. The duties of a CSR are divided into three phases: pre-flight, during flight, and post-flight.
