About The Position

We’re hiring a relationship-driven and highly polished Charter Sales Executive to manage and close high-value private aviation charter deals. This is not a transactional sales role. You’ll be responsible for managing inbound charter inquiries, building relationships with high-net-worth clients, creating tailored private flight solutions, closing high-ticket bookings, and delivering a luxury white-glove client experience. You’ll work directly with clients seeking premium private aviation services while coordinating internally to ensure seamless booking execution from inquiry through post-flight support. This role is a strong fit for individuals who thrive in luxury sales, private aviation, relationship management, high-ticket deal environments, and fast-paced client communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, luxury services, high-ticket client-facing roles, and relationship-based selling
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Confident handling premium clientele and high-value conversations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work EST hours with rotating on-call availability
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in private aviation, charter sales, luxury hospitality, or travel services
  • Familiarity with Avinode, charter quoting systems, and private aircraft categories
  • Understanding of Part 135 operations and private aviation logistics
  • Experience with cryptocurrency transactions
  • Existing network within luxury travel or aviation industries

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound charter inquiries from prospective and returning clients
  • Convert qualified opportunities into confirmed charter bookings
  • Recommend tailored aircraft and flight solutions based on passenger requirements, route logistics, timing, and aircraft preferences
  • Maximize revenue while maintaining premium client service standards
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals confidently in a fast-moving environment
  • Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, executives, corporate travelers, and luxury clientele
  • Deliver a luxury-level customer experience from inquiry to completed flight
  • Maintain proactive communication and responsiveness throughout the booking process
  • Drive repeat business through exceptional relationship management
  • Guide clients through aircraft selection, charter pricing, scheduling, logistics, and booking confirmation
  • Coordinate internally to ensure flawless execution and operational alignment
  • Provide updates throughout the charter lifecycle
  • Support clients with urgency and professionalism during time-sensitive requests
  • Communicate across phone, email, Slack, and WhatsApp
  • Coordinate with operations teams, scheduling teams, aviation partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedules to support 24/7 charter responsiveness
  • Maintain clean and accurate sales records inside Salesforce, CRM systems, and charter tracking platforms
  • Track inquiries, quotes, bookings, client activity, and revenue opportunities
  • Ensure strong pipeline visibility and organized follow-up management
