About The Position

The Charter Sales Associate is an entry level, high exposure role within the Network Sales team, supporting live charter sales activity in a fast paced, performance driven environment. This position works closely with Charter Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure customers receive accurate quotes, timely responses, and consistent follow up. The role is designed for individuals who are motivated, detail oriented, and eager to develop a career in private aviation sales. This is a development role with real responsibility and a clear growth path for those who perform. Fast paced, on the job training alongside experienced sales professionals Exposure to an established customer base and real time charter activity Designed as a feeder role into: Charter Sales Representative Customer Service Representative Other commercial or operational roles within the business High performers can expect expanded responsibility and career progression within 12 months. Requirements

  • Entry level role, aviation experience not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure

Responsibilities

  • Support charter sales by preparing and delivering accurate, timely quotes
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries
  • Follow up on open quotes and active customer requests
  • Maintain accuracy across sales, quoting, and CRM systems
  • Collaborate daily with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to execute trips
  • Support senior team members during live charter transactions
  • Contribute to the overall performance and standards of the Network Sales team
