Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing charity events, fundraising events, and nonprofit community programs.
  • Supporting event setup, registration, logistics, and onsite coordination.
  • Welcoming attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members.
  • Providing excellent customer service and creating positive event experiences.
  • Assisting with volunteer coordination and event communication.
  • Tracking attendance, collecting feedback, and supporting event reporting.
  • Collaborating with event coordinators and team members to ensure successful event execution.
  • Representing nonprofit partners professionally during community outreach activities.
