About The Position

Requirements

- Previous experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, volunteering, fundraising, or event coordination are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist with charity events, fundraising campaigns, and community programs.
- Support event setup, registration, logistics, and onsite coordination.
- Welcome and assist attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members.
- Provide excellent customer service and create positive event experiences.
- Assist with volunteer coordination and event communications.
- Track attendance, collect feedback, and support event reporting.
- Work with event coordinators and team members to ensure successful events.
- Professionally represent nonprofit partners during community outreach activities.
