About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Charity Events Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in event support, community outreach, and nonprofit work, while making a positive impact through charity and fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• College coursework in nonprofit studies, communications, or event-related fields is a plus
• Previous volunteer or event experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of charity events and fundraising initiatives
• Support event operations including setup, guest registration, and breakdown
• Engage with donors, sponsors, and event participants to ensure a welcoming and positive experience
• Help create, edit, and distribute event-related communications and promotional materials
• Track and report event attendance, engagement, and fundraising results
• Work alongside internal teams and community partners to support event goals
• Participate in post-event reviews and share ideas to improve future events
