About The Position

The Charge RN is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role directs and coordinates nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices and collaborates with other professional disciplines to support effective, efficient care delivery and desired patient outcomes. The position is in the Bentonville Emergency Department and is scheduled full time for 36 hours per week on nights.

Requirements

• RN state licensure and/or compact state licensure is required.

• Three or more years of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting.
