Requirements

Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting (Required)
RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire (Required)
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly (Required)
NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 90 days (Required)
NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 90 days (Required)
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually within 90 days (Required)
High degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting (Preferred)
1 year of NICU experience is highly preferred
1 year of charge or relief charge experience or other leadership experience is preferred
STABLE upon hire is preferred
