About The Position
We’re looking for an experienced Charge RN to join a busy Main Operating Room team. This role is ideal for a perioperative nurse who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and delivering excellent patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active California RN License
- BLS – AHA
- At least 1 year of RN experience with leadership
- 2+ years of recent Peri-Anesthesia RN experience
- Acute care hospital experience
- OR/Perioperative nursing experience
- RN leadership experience
- NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities
- Lead daily Main OR operations
- Support and mentor nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care and surgical workflow
- Work closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and other clinical teams
- Promote patient safety and quality care
- Support staff development and quality improvement
