About The Position

As a Charge Registered Nurse (RN), you'll play a vital leadership role in coordinating patient care and supporting the nursing team. Working alongside Nursing Leadership, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff, you'll help ensure safe, high-quality care while fostering a collaborative and positive clinical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who enjoys mentoring others, leading by example, and making a meaningful impact on both patients and teammates.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of employment
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification is preferred upon hire and required within 90 days of employment. We'll help you obtain your ACLS if needed.
• ACLS is required on Day 1 for Charge Nurses working in ICU and High Observation units.

Nice To Haves

• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred, but not required
• Emergency or critical care nursing
• Ventilator, tracheostomy, and PICC line management
• Two or more years of direct patient care experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily nursing operations on your assigned unit
• Support and mentor nursing staff while promoting teamwork and collaboration
• Ensure delivery of safe, compassionate, patient-centered care
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model for nursing excellence
• Help maintain compliance with nursing standards, policies, and best practices
