About The Position

Under the direction of the Nursing Director, works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s). Requirements

  • Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hire.
  • Minimum One year of nursing experience required
  • Regional Critical Access Hospitals: Other emergency response training in addition to those listed below may be required by Director of Patient Care.
  • Critical Care: ACLS
  • Emergency Department: ACLS, PALS
  • Family Birthing Center: NRP and Fetal Monitoring
  • Operating Room: ACLS
  • Regional Non-Critical Access Hospital: Other emergency response training in addition to those listed below may be required by Director of Patient Care.
  • Critical Care: ACLS
  • Emergency Department: PALS (PRMC), ACLS, TNCC, ENPC (Espanola
  • Family Birthing Center: NRP, STABLE
  • Operating Room / Day Surgery: ACLS

  • Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care of all patients in service area.
