The Charge Nurse (Shift Supervisor) assesses, plans, organizes, develops, implements, and evaluates all the activities related to nursing standards of care, professional development, operational function, and communication throughout the facility. These activities will be performed in compliance with the mission, philosophy, and policies of Crestwood Behavioral Health Center. The Charge Nurse (Shift Supervisor) actively participates in and adheres to all organizational and departmental goals and objectives. The Charge Nurse (Shift Supervisor) is responsible for the client care delivered on the clinical unit. Our San Francisco Geary Crisis Stabilization is a 16-bed facility that provides immediate care for people in the local community with urgent mental health needs. Located in the heart of the Tenderloin district, we are designed to address urgent needs in a densely urban setting. We are committed to stepping up as a premier provider and making a meaningful impact in this underserved community.
