About The Position
PAM Health is looking for a Charge RN to join our 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Golden, CO. As a Charge RN, you'll provide hands-on patient care while supporting the nursing team, coordinating patient care, and serving as a clinical resource for staff. Our inpatient rehabilitation environment allows you to build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them progress toward greater independence and a return home.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Colorado
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification required for Charge RN positions
- At least 1 year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, clinical judgment and leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- Charge nursing or nursing leadership
- Med-surg or inpatient rehabilitation

- Vents, trachs, PICC lines and other advanced clinical needs
- Emergency or critical care
