About The Position
Texas Health is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse / RN for the Operating Room. This full-time night shift position offers a team-based environment with excellent benefits and a strong 401k. Requirements
- Nursing Diploma (Nursing) required OR Associate’s Degree Nursing required OR Bachelor’s Degree Nursing preferred
- 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting required
- RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree Nursing preferred
- 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting preferred
- Operating Room experience highly preferred
- CNOR – Certified Operating Room Nurse upon hire preferred
