Charge Nurse (RN) - Medical Oncology
About The Position
This role is responsible for providing guidance and support to staff, maintaining a safe environment, ensuring patient throughput, and directing nursing staff. The charge nurse is responsible for the smooth and efficient patient flow within the unit, delegates assignments and provides supervision for the support staff in accordance with their level of training and the patient’s acuity. The charge nurse works, in cooperation with medical providers to insure the quality of patient care. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Medical Oncology
